Due to popular demand I have finally subjected myself to looking into this newest piece of exercise equipment that so many have been emailing me about. I have to admit that I would have reviewed it much quicker if it were not an abdominal exerciser, as you all know, I hate focusing on the abs. At first glance I thought two things, first, of course it works, and second, you better get on this machine with a spotter the first time. So lets go into a little detail about the machine. The second concern, about having a spotter, was something that I thought about when initially looking at the machine. As most of you know I oftentimes work with people at low fitness levels and therefore was a bit concerned about their mounting the machine. But once I was able to inspect it more closely, I can see that it is made very solid and has a very sturdy footing. The mounting is not nearly as awkward in practice as it appeared on first glance. The machine is also made of gym quality steel and the tracks the knee pads roll on are made with gym quality rollers. This is a machine that is sturdy, usable, and will last.
